Wyck has a long and eventful history in Germantown, north of Philadelphia, PA

Wyck house in Germantown. Today was the second in their series of four festivals. I gave a lecture on Jane Bowne Haines II whose family lived at Wyck. Jane was the founder of the Pennsylvania School of Horticulture for Women that is now Temple University Ambler.
